Alhamdulillah, I was doing a great recovery. Walaupun masih mengambil ubat and kena ikut sessi dgn Unit Pemuliharaan Cara Kerja (Occupational Therapy)

I was referring to Hospital Sungai Buloh on 2021 (kalau tak silap).

At first Psychiatric diagnose me as Major Depression Disorder (MDD). Then, they discover that actually I had Bipolar Type II Disorder. So, now I makan ubat mood stabilizer...

At the same time, my ADHD become worst. Last time, paling teruk effect my working memory. I nak buat kerja jadi lewat. Sampai kan I nak buat kerja kena ambil masa 3 jam. Now my occupational therapist told me that I've to manage my impulsive. Impulsive I tinggi.l, from 2 source = (1) Bipolar Type II Disorder and (2) ADHD. Sbb tu, I selalu lost in time. But now dah much more better lah...more focus. 

Owh, foe ADHD, psychiatric bagi I ambil ubat Ritalin. 

I gain a lot experience in this event actually. Byk benda i belajar... yealah kita mana tau one day kita kena mental illness...struggle dia mcm mana, macam mana layanan kawan kita lepas tu...and how to develop it back. 

Yang penting macam mana kita nak sihat kembali and bagun semula. I kind of like this quote

"It's now how much you fall, but how you get up really matter"

Now, I kena manage balik a lot of things...especially in my life...
